There can be many barriers for a person that wants to start exercising or has a difficult time being consistent through creating a routine. Rest assured that if you’re facing this situation that you are not alone in this struggle.

One way to overcome this challenge is by joining a gym, connecting with a local sports group, or signing up for a coaching program.

Live Your Fierce (LYF), created by athlete and stuntwoman Andrea Ross, is a fitness program that focuses on building a confident body and a strong mind. The combination of daily movement practices and mindset training forms a powerful synergy that’s changing the lives of countless women. In Andrea’s world, living your fierce means unapologetically pursuing your passions with the support of a community of fierce women.

Andrea makes fitness fun, inspiring, and empowering. By incorporating diverse movement practices, from acrobatics to martial arts, Andrea ensures that women don’t just get in shape; they feel great in their own skin. The daily movement practices are designed to challenge physical limits, pushing women to step out of their comfort zones.

Mine intertwines a daily movement practice with mindset training and recovery. I teach confidence inside and out, simultaneously, so my clients can feel fearless and feel great in their own skin”, Andrea says.

Andrea takes a holistic approach. The mindset training is where the biggest transformation occurs. Andrea equips women with the tools and mental resilience to break through these barriers. Here is where fears are confronted and conquered. Andrea encourages women to turn ‘no’ into ‘not yet’ and ‘can’t’ into ‘fierce.’

By embracing vulnerability, individuals learn that strength isn’t about being fearless; it’s about confronting your fears and moving forward despite them.
