In this recipe, we use top guavas juice. Look for low-calorie smoothies at the supermarket. Ingredients. 2 frozen bananas, 1 cup of guava juice, 1 cup of orange juice (preferably freshly squeezed), 1 cup of fat-free vanilla yogurt, a few ice cubes. Place all ingredients in a blender or smoothie maker and puree until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and serve.
