Natural Homemade Facial Methods


Natural beauty is a boon for every woman, however, women lose due to their own mistake in the competition of modernity. The thing towards which young women are most attracted as soon as they step on the threshold of puberty is the beauty parlor. Due to which they do not have the right information, they lose their natural beauty. By applying more makeup on the face, natural beauty goes away. Pores of the skin close down due to the ingestion of cosmetics in the skin pores. Because of this, the skin is not able to breathe properly and carbon dioxide stays inside and fresh oxygen does not enter the skin pores. As a result, the face gets inferior. Thus, facials are the best way to keep the face healthy and fresh.

Facials are given in fifteen days or once a week. They provide the experience of freshness to the skin. The skin is cleaned before facials. Later the face is massaged and then the face pack is used


Before applying facial on the face, the facial skin is cleaned and sanitized by a cleansing cream or cleansing milk. The main attraction of the body is the face, whether female or male. If the face is beautiful, defects of other organs are removed from sight. The entire part of between the head and above the neck comes under the face such as the neck, chin, cheeks, ear, eye, nose, head, and hairs. These are the seven different parts of the face. Massage Cream Selection

For facial, if your skin is oily, then massage with cream containing vitamins and if your skin is very oily, massage with Talcum powder. If the skin is dry, massage of cold cream or Vanishing cream will increase the beauty of the facial skin. Along with this, massage also improves blood circulation which helps in improving the complexion of the skin.

Facial Method

Take cream in hands according to your facial skin and start massaging by applying pressure with light hands. Massage should always be done from inside to outside and from bottom to top. The skin around the eyes is very delicate. Apply cream without applying pressure here. Massage should be done for at least ten to fifteen minutes. In this time the cream will seep into the skin. Wipe away the excess cream with cotton.

Taking steam

After the massage, it’s time to take steam. It is taken according to age. Women under 25 years of age should steam for two or three minutes. Women older than this (25 to 35 years) should steam for five minutes and women aged 35 and over should take steam for seven-eight minutes.

Taking steam opens the pores of the skin and gives the skin the full benefits of a face pack.

Steam method:
For steam, pour boiling water in a wide-open vessel and cover the face and utensil with a large soft towel. If you want, you can add peppermint, mint, rose leaves, etc with steam water. Dry the face with a towel after taking the steam. Women or girls of low age who have blackheads can also steam them with a gentle massage as steaming brings some blackheads out and they can be removed with the help of black header.

Household face packs

Household face packs are more useful for enhancing facial beauty than expensive cosmetics available in the market. Now people have started believing in herbal therapy (beauty treatment by household cosmetics) and natural means for beauty. The chemicals found in the expensive cosmetics sold in the market may increase your beauty for a moment, but their side effects cannot be ignored. These chemicals that leave dangerous effects push you towards untimely aging. These domestic elements have an important place to provide natural oil and moisture to the skin.

Many things present in our kitchens prove very useful for beauty cosmetics. Following are some methods to prepare skin-friendly household face packs:

1. Egg Pack: Whisk one egg yolk and mix two teaspoons of rose water and one spoon of honey in it. This paste should be applied on the face once a week. It is especially beneficial in winter. To get rid of facial wrinkles, one should apply three teaspoons of barley flour, one teaspoon honey and one spoon honey on the face. For dry skin, mix two spoons of orange juice, half a teaspoon of lemon juice and a few drops of almond oil in an egg yolk. Then leave it on the face for half an hour.
2. Pack of Soybean or Lentils: Soak fifty grams of soybean or lentils in the night. Peel off in the morning and grind them finely. After this, add a little raw milk and a little almond thickening. Applying this pack removes dry skin.
3. Gram flour pack: Gram flour pack: To prepare a pack of gram flour, add a pinch of turmeric, half a teaspoon of honey and half a teaspoon of olive oil to a teaspoon of gram flour. Applying it on the face makes the face skin glow.
4. Multani Mitti Pack: Make a thick paste by mixing one teaspoon of finely ground Multani mitti with one teaspoon of rose water. Apply a thick layer on the smooth part of the face and apply a thin layer on the dry part of the skin. After ten to fifteen minutes, wash the face with water.
5. Pack of Urad Dal: Use it to remove facial pimples. Method- 100 grams of dry urad dal powder, a little rose water, glycerin and almond rogan. Whisk it.
6. Sandal pack: Grind the sandal and mix rose water in it and apply it on the face to cool the skin. If the skin of the face is oily then add a small amount of brimstone to the sandalwood.
7. Pack of mint: Grind green mint leaves in water and apply it on the face, it removes the heat trapped in the skin.
8. Take two spoons of curd and mix it with one spoon gram flour and beat it. Make a paste and apply it on the face. Leave it for half an hour. By doing this, the skin gets relief when it is swollen.
9. Butter paste: If the skin of the face becomes dry due to sunstroke, applying whipped the butter with water provides relief.
10. Cucumber Pack: Peel the cucumber and grind it finely, then add some raw milk to it. Applying this pack on the face keeps the skin soft.

Females above 25 years of age should facials once a week so that they look younger than their age. The method of doing facial in half an hour is as follows:

1. First, tie the hair backward. So that hair does not come on the face.
2. Then do facial cleansing with cleansing milk. This makes the face makeup and dust particles clean. Clean the face as well as the neck. Wash the face or makeup toiletries with tissue paper with a light hand wipe and wash with face wash.
3. Apply a freshener to the face and neck with a cotton-wool-pad so that the cleanser is well wiped.
4. Apply a light moisturizer on the forehead, cheeks, and chin and make it melt well into the skin.
5. Then wash the face with lukewarm water.
6. Now apply the face pack on face and neck as per your facial skin, but do not apply on the eyes and the skin around it. Soak cotton wool pads in rose water and keep them on both eyes. You can also use raw milk or alcohol-free freshener instead of rose water.
7. Now lie down until the face pack is dry.
8. When dry, wash the face pack with water and remove it. Dry your face and neck with a soft towel and then use a moisturizer.

How many times should the home facial function be done in half an hour? This is decided by taking into consideration the skin and age. Facial activity done once a month is sufficient for adolescent girls and women up to 25 years of age, whose skin is oily or normal. But those whose skin is dry and inferior, they should be doing facial twice a month.
